Bite Codes are QR codes containing valuable information and clear instructions to guide cashiers on how to apply discounts & rewards seamlessly.

Types of Bite Codes?

Discounts - fixed or percentage-based discounts.
Rewards - Redeem rewards with specific items.
Points - Earn points towards exclusive rewards.

How To Claim Bite Codes

Bite Codes are redeemed by the individual processing your order. Simply present the QR code to them, and they will scan it to access specific instructions for your order, whether it involves applying a discount, redeeming a reward, or adding points. The cashier will then follow the on-screen instructions to ensure the Bite Code is processed accurately, completing your claim smoothly.

Discount Code Limitations

Expiration - Discount Codes expire 3 hours after generation if not redeemed.
Cooldown - Users can generate a new Discount Code only once every 24 hours. If a code is canceled, the 24-hour cooldown is still enforced, preventing a new code from being generated until 24 hours have passed since the original code was created.

Reward Code Limitations

Join Limit - A user can only join one Reward Program at a time, meaning rewards can only be earned and claimed at up to 1 restaurant.
Expiration - Reward Codes expire 3 hours after creation if not redeemed, but there is no penalty for expired Reward Codes—no points are lost, and no cooldown is applied.
Cancellation - Reward Codes can be canceled anytime without penalty.

Points Code Limitations

Unlimited Usage - Points Codes are generated automatically when you join a restaurant’s reward program. Each time you make a purchase at the restaurant, simply present your reward program's points code to earn valuable points!
No Expiration or Cooldown - Points Codes have no expiration or time limitations.
